Dolomites 1day bike tour to Mount Tomatico
An excursion for those who want to admire from the top of an old volcano now extinct Feltre with its ancient villages and the peaks of the Dolomites National Park, along mule tracks and paths sometimes technical but mostly fast always accompanied by incredible views!

An E-BIKE itinerary on the edge of the south-eastern borders of the Dolomiti Feltrine National Park is suitable for all bikers with a minimum of riding experience on dirt roads, mule tracks and downhill on IMBA 3 trails.
The ascent to Mount Tomatico is not very long, but it is, however, a fairly hard excursion as the slope never lets up and is quite steep.
Leaving from Prà del Moro along the road we arrive at the hamlet of Tomo, a small village on the slopes of the mountain of the same name, from here starts the forestry road that will accompany us up to the Malga Boema, here the more daring can try a climb on the path with almost impossible slopes to the top, for the less courageous extending the road a little bit they can climb from the south side with less energy expenditure.
Once at the top, where the Cross is located, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Feltre valley, the Feltre Dolomites and on clear mornings you can see the lagoon of Venice and the silhouette of the Basilica of San Marco, a true spectacle.
After a short refreshment, we go back down to the forestry road and then take a path that will lead us to the houses Pracorf, a tractor-track will take us then up to the locality la Ciusa where the climb to visit the Basilica of Ss. Vittore and Corona are waiting for us, finally, a cycle path will lead us to San Paolo and then to Feltre.
